We’re seeking a Senior Director of Dining Services to transform the dining experience at a large, multi-campus healthcare facility in Lexington, Kentucky .

This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to redefine what healthcare dining can be.

👑 Your Role :

Lead a team of 200+ passionate professionals and 12 salaried managers, all while driving client satisfaction, profitability, and talent development.

💰 Salary : $90,000–$110,000

🎁 PLUS :

✨ $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

✨ Annual Bonus Potential

✨ Location- Lexington, KY Relocation Assistance provided!

🎯 What We’re Looking For :

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 🏅 5+ years of leadership experience —healthcare food service preferred.
  • 📊 Expertise in food trends, P&L management, and operational excellence .
  • ✅ ServSafe® certification? That’s a plus!
