Job Type : Full-time

Job Locations : Akron, OH

Shift & Schedule : Monday to Friday (On call; Weekends as needed)

Job Summary : CPO is a leadership position that combines direct patient care with administrative responsibilities. This position is responsible for coordinating clinical activities that support policies, goals, and objectives established and approved by the CEO.

The CPO is responsible for implementing, reviewing, and developing clinical protocols, performance objectives, productivity benchmarks, compliance measures, clinician workflow planning, chart review, and clinician scheduling. The position also requires meetings with outside providers, hospitals, and other clients as deemed applicable and necessary by the CEO.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
• Licensed CPO ( Required )
• At least 5 years of experience as a CPO ( Required )
• Medical terminology : 1 year (Preferred)
• Anatomy knowledge : 1 year (Preferred)
• Aseptic technique : 1 year (Preferred)
• Physiology knowledge : 1 year (Preferred)
