Research Support Technician

Position Title : Research Support Technician Location : Neenah, WI Duration : 3-month contract with possible extension Employment Type : Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. The ideal individual enjoys problem-solving, thrives on tackling challenges, and adjusts easily to shifting circumstances in a dynamic environment. This role requires someone who is self-driven, able to work independently, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, formulas, formatting). Familiarity with databases and the ability to process / load data accurately. Experience with or ability to quickly learn tools such as QuarkXPress, electronic questionnaire software, or similar platforms. Strong typing / keyboarding skills with high attention to accuracy. Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing : Create documents needed for collecting data for Consumer Product Studies Process collected data and load it into the database Manipulate and work with data in Excel spreadsheets Key data from source documents with accuracy and attention to detail Learn applications and processes to problem-solve and address issues as they arise Support additional tasks as needed, including : Setting up electronic questionnaires Using QuarkXPress for paper backups Filing study materials for record retention Perks of working with us / What we offer : Eligibility for Health, dental and vision insurance Participation in Company 401K plan Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc., is an equal opportunity employer and staffing firm.
