Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Develop, evaluate, coordinate, implement, and monitor Payment Integrity initiatives across the health plan

Support performance improvement and organizational change efforts

Utilize Six Sigma and Lean methodologies for process improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

3 years of healthcare experience in project coordination, including operations analysis and quality improvement process design

3 years of experience with performance improvement and organizational change tools

3 years of change management experience

Experience in Six Sigma and / or Lean methodology
