Inventory Control Manager

A company is looking for an Inventory Control Manager responsible for maintaining accurate inventory across all locations and driving improvements in inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily inventory transactions and ensure real-time accuracy in ERP and WMS systems

Conduct cycle counts and reconcile variances with warehouse and finance teams

Monitor website stock levels to prevent overselling and coordinate inventory for promotional events

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably within CPG or food manufacturing

Strong knowledge of ERP systems and WMS platforms

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

Experience with multi-site inventory and e-commerce fulfillment
