Director Of Corporate Facilities
The Director of Corporate Facilities will be responsible for the facilities strategy and day-to-day operations for the company's corporate headquarters in Mason, Ohio. Overseeing and providing professional direction and leadership to departmental units within the facilities organization responsible for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, maintenance, operations, safety, planning, and construction of the company's physical assets, grounds, and building infrastructure. Key responsibilities include :
- Design, establish, and maintain staffing and an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the departmental functions including facilities maintenance, operations, and front desk operations / visitor experience.
- Provide direction and leadership to an internal maintenance team and vendors responsible for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, grounds, and construction maintenance.
- Assist in the planning and management of capital renewal and replacement planning as they relate to the support of the corporate headquarters in Mason, Ohio.
- Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitor and evaluate operational effectiveness, and implement changes required for improvement.
- Advise Executive Leadership on funding needs to adequately maintain the physical facilities for projects related to the corporate headquarters, including providing annual and long-term planning for construction, renovation, and renewal projects as well as general maintenance and upkeep programs in accordance with organizational strategies and master plans.
- Provide input and recommendations for space utilization planning for corporate headquarters and the Milford, Ohio location.
- Assess facilities management technology needs to ensure the most effective systems to support the program functions; recommend upgrades and improvements.
Skills / Qualifications Required :
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.10+ years of facilities management and operations experience.Extensive experience in contract and vendor selection and negotiations.Experience managing projects from beginning to end as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with changing priorities.3+ years' experience leading a team.Benefits :
