Your Role as DON :

• Ensure safe, high-quality care for residents
• Supervise staff and foster a supportive team culture
• Oversee medication administration and documentation
• Maintain accurate resident records and incident reports
• Create engaging ADL programs that empower residents
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns with warmth and professionalism
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Uphold infection control and safety standards
