State Licensed Clinical Supervisor

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor - PAC - UM EOS.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and provide leadership to the Post-Acute Care team, ensuring timely completion of tasks

Act as the lead clinical resource, supporting training and clinical oversight for team members

Monitor team performance, conduct performance reviews, and identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing / Practical Nursing or equivalent

Current Registered Nurse license in any state or jurisdiction in the United States

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in healthcare, case management, and utilization management

1-2 years of prior authorization experience for Medicare or Medicare Advantage Home Health

Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
