A company is looking for a MyChart Customer Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and ticket submissions
Assist patients with account activation, password resets, and navigation of the MyChart Portal
Utilize knowledge base resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or GED
Previous experience with EHR systems and in a healthcare setting preferred
Strong PC skills with relevant troubleshooting experience
Previous call center experience preferred
Ability to work in a quiet, private home office environment
