POSITION OVERVIEW

The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support to employees and assists the HR Managers with recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processing. Overall, this position completes clerical duties for the Human Resources department with the focus of being compliant in all aspects. The HR Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and escalates complex matters to HR Management as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education : Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required.

Experience : At least 2 years of Human Resources experience preferred.

Required : Must have a valid driver’s license, motor vehicle background check will be completed.
