Job Description

The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing and maintaining the organization's data infrastructure. This includes developing scalable data models, integrating large datasets from multiple systems, and building and enhancing a modern data lake-house and analytics environment. The role involves writing scripts and developing pipelines to support data analysis and ingestion, especially from newly acquired firms.

This individual will collaborate closely with the executive team and cross-functional departments to gather requirements, mine and analyze data, and deliver reliable, high-quality data solutions. They will also play a key role in shaping the organization’s data strategy, with a focus on optimization, reliability, and scalable business intelligence capabilities.

• Position is onsite in Irvine, CA
• 5+ years of experience in IT with a focus on relational databases, ETL, data warehousing, business intelligence, reports development and dashboard design.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Data Services (ADLS, ADF, Fabric).
• Technical expertise with data modeling, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Extensive experience with processing large sets of unstructured, semi-structured, and structured data.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, implementing real-time pipelines, and storage strategies.
• Hiring salary range : $118,660 - $135,000. The actual rate will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
