Job Title : Remote Guest Services Coordinator

Hourly Pay : $17 - $23 / hour

You’ll handle reservations, assist with special requests, coordinate guest activities, and act as a liaison between departments to meet every need. Job Responsibilities :

• Welcome guests and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and service requests
• Coordinate guest activities and make reservations for dining, tours, and local attractions

Provide information on hotel amenities and area highlights

Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns quickly and professionally

Organize special experiences such as VIP treatments and celebrations

Manage guest amenities and ensure all requests are handled efficiently

Qualifications :

13 years of experience in customer service or hospitality

Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Calm under pressure with a proactive, guest-first approach

Proficiency in hotel management systems and reservation software

Positive, professional demeanor and a collaborative spirit
