Job Title : Family Law Attorney (Hybrid Opportunity)

Location : Washington

About the Opportunity :

GPAC, a 30+ year recruitment leader, has partnered with a well-established and reputable law firm seeking a Family Law Attorney to join their growing team. This is an excellent hybrid opportunity for attorneys passionate about family law who want to advance their careers with a respected, client-focused firm.

Responsibilities :

Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and domestic violence cases.

Draft pleadings, declarations, subpoenas, financial disclosures, mediation statements, and trial briefs.

Handle discovery, including propounding and responding, drafting meet-and-confer letters, and preparing motions to compel.

Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

Prepare deposition outlines, witness questions, and exhibits for hearings and trials.

Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda and motions.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Active membership with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) .

3–8 years of experience practicing family law.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and client management abilities.
