Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Smith Grove, Ky. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, handle customer service issues, and maintain communication with both staff and customers. Responsibilities also include store management tasks such as inventory control, retail loss prevention, and staff supervision to ensure the store's performance and compliance with company policies.

• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention experience
• Excellent leadership and staff management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions
• Experience in retail or food service management is preferred
