As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be on the frontlines of building client connections, mastering modern sales strategies, and contributing to a mission that's changing how businesses track assets, optimize workflows, and forecast staffing needs in real time.

W hat You'll Do

Connect with potential customers through phone, email, LinkedIn outreach and on-site visits

Introduce prospects to innovative AI solutions that give businesses real-time visibility into their operations

Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives

Consistently meet (and exceed!) outreach and conversion goals

Gain mastery of prospecting strategies, CRM systems, and modern sales tools — all while earning a recognized Sales Certification

What We're Looking For

Required Skills :

Resilience and motivation to push through challenges

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Confidence in outreach and cold calling

Receptive to coaching and feedback

Preferred Qualifications :

1–2 years in sales or customer-facing roles

Experience working as a Service Advisor (e.g. at an Automotive Dealership)

Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Salesloft

Previous B2B SaaS or operations-related experience a plus

Interest in industries like automotive, rentals, logistics, or manufacturing

Outbound Confidence : Enthusiastic about initiating cold outreach

Requirements

Full-time availability for the duration of the Residency

Strong interest in sales and business development

Excellent communication skills and the ability to hit performance targets
