Key Responsibilities

Guide, mentor, and develop SOC analysts while fostering a high-performance culture

Architect and enhance monitoring, detection, and response across various environments

Define and track performance metrics, ensuring effective staffing and coverage

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent experience

15+ years in cybersecurity, including 6+ years in management within a SOC or incident response

Deep technical expertise in areas like cloud security, detection engineering, or security automation

Hands-on experience defending hybrid environments and securing AI workloads

Proven success in leading Agile / Scrum teams and managing operational metrics
