Key Responsibilities
Support the entire member journey from intake and enrollment to program care management
Conduct new member phone calls and maintain accurate health information while ensuring HIPAA compliance
Coordinate scheduling and provide administrative support for care management activities
Required Qualifications
National Certification in Medical Assisting
2+ years of college education
5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
Proficiency in electronic health records and healthcare practices
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
