SITECH Louisiana brings together over 800+ years of experience in the construction and surveying industries. We are revolutionizing these industries by providing construction technology, customized training, data solutions, installation, service and technical support to our customers. Drones, GPS, lasers, optics, management technologies, wireless communication, and application specific software link the design, positioning, and construction processes like never before.

SITECH Louisiana is searching for a motivated individual to target the Lafayette territory in UAV and software sales. This exciting opportunity is in the booming drone market and within a rapidly growing team.

Preference given to candidates with the following :

  • Sales experience in the agriculture industry
  • Sales experience in the public / governmental sector
  • Hunter mentality with direct sales experience
  • Track record of year over year territory sales growth
  • Results-driven and experienced with consultative selling techniques
  • UAV experience
  • Entrepreneurial attitude
  • Disciplined and focused to effectively cover and grow territory
  • Comfortable selling to all levels of management as well as field personnel
  • Well-developed communication skills both verbal and written
  • Computer skills with knowledge of MS Word & Excel

Requirements : 4-year degree from an accredited college or university

Successful candidates will :

  • Develop a deep understanding of your customer's business, workflows, and pain points
  • Able to strategically win accounts as well as continue to grow or expand existing accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships, and identify new opportunities in areas of growth to expand market share across industries
  • Standout colleague that helps support teammates
  • Focus on a consultative sales process to ensure the right fit and long-term customer success
  • Strong in prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and closing accounts
  • Engage cross-functional teams to maximize success
  • Ability to provide effective demonstrations
  • Responsible for forecasting and tracking activity in CRM, keeping management informed in a timely fashion, and identifying new opportunities in existing and net new accounts.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
