Do you love people, energy, and great seafood? Crawfish Cafe is looking for friendly, outgoing hosts to join our team! As the first and last face our guests see, you set the tone for their entire dining experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment and enjoy making people feel welcome, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests as they enter the restaurant
  • Manage waitlist and walk-in seating
  • Lead guests to their table and present menus
  • Provide basic menu knowledge
  • Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
  • Manage takeout / pickup orders
  • Answer phones and input orders in POS
  • Communicate guest requests to the team and support servers during busy times
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests excited to come back

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Calm under pressure and in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Team player who loves hospitality
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
