Descripción del trabajoResponsible for coordinating and consulting with application owners and / or other Business Systems personnel on application changes to implement new products and services and / or meet internal / external customer needs. Completes various system testing activities not covered by other teams such as clients completing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Executes test cases for assigned applications or systems. Under guidance, prepare functional specifications for assigned projects and execution of test cases. Under guidance, assist in research analysis ensuring functional design of assigned projects is accurate. Prepare test cases for assigned applications based on changes and enhancements; execute test cases verifying changes / enhancements work and perform as expected and required. Assist in integrated testing as required to identify any application issues prior to changes being put into production. Monitor functional specifications and change requests to ensure project stays within scope and meets regulatory requirements, while ensuring adherence to business requirements and Corporate Technology standards. Ensure the Bank process and documentation is followed to ensure adherence to Corporate Technology standards and regulatory requirements. Participate in resolving issues arising from testing or implementation to ensure expected performance. Participate in production support and post implementation follow-up by getting feedback from application owners and resolving any issues resulting from implementation of application changes. Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand. Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. Complete other related duties as assigned. Combined minimum of 2 years higher education and / or relevant work experience. Proficiency with personal computer. Problem solving ability. Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in progress. Successful performance in Technology Internship. Ability to effectively use word processing and spreadsheet applications. Understanding of the Bank's application framework. Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms. Proven verbal and written communication skills. Proven organization skills. Proven time management skills. Proven lateral thinking skills. Proven problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented. LinkedIn profile link?
