Staff Accountant

Job Description

We are interviewing for a Staff Accountant to join a mission-driven company in the Sacramento area . This position supports the organization's accounting, budgeting, and administrative efforts. Core duties and responsibilities include :

• Prepares monthly and weekly bank reconciliation reports.
• Prepares weekly cash report.
• Prepare weekly cash report
• Inputs journal entries.
• Produces monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Performs general ledger account analyses.
• Prepares income statement and balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Reviews A / R billing, AP trial balance, and cash receipts.
• Reviews reports prepared by accounting specialists.

Compensation :

The annual salary range for this position is between $75K and $78K, depending on experience.
