About the Role

We're seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of leading ground-up commercial projects from start to finish. The right candidate will thrive in a collaborative culture that emphasizes ownership, accountability, and team development.

This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful, high-visibility projects in the $5M–$50M range — with a company that values leadership as much as technical skill.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships

Solve problems proactively and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget

Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong team culture

Communicate clearly with field staff, leadership, and clients

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry

At least 2–5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role

Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects ($5M–$50M range)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to drive accountability while fostering a culture of support and collaboration
