The opportunity :

You'll work alongside self-starters interested in solving real-world problems and streamlining the inefficiencies in the complex global trade industry. About the team :

The Freight Operations Technology organization at Flexport plays a pivotal role in developing world-class freight forwarding execution systems, powered by AI and automation. We work closely across engineering, product, and business teams to build scalable solutions that streamline global operations.

The ideal candidate is comfortable collaborating with engineering peers and cross-functional stakeholders, effectively representing technical considerations in product development. While prior experience in logistics is a plus, it's not required. We value a strong technical foundation, a willingness to learn, and a passion for solving complex problems.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the posting's respective region. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range displayed, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training.

The US base salary range for this position (this does not include bonus, equity and benefits) :

$147,000-$183,750 USD
