Data Scientist - Contract-to-Hire

A company is looking for a Data Scientist on a contract-to-hire basis.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to design and deliver innovative data science solutions aligned to enterprise goals

Build and refine predictive models using advanced Python and machine learning techniques, including NLP and LLMs

Perform exploratory data analysis across structured and unstructured datasets, identifying patterns and insights that drive business value

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience (Master's degree preferred)

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing NLP / LLM solutions using machine learning and deep learning

Experience fine-tuning, validating, and deploying LLM-based models for text inference

Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and unstructured data

Prior experience with healthcare data, including EPIC systems
