Affordable Housing Property Manager

Catholic Charities Affordable Housing works to develop and preserve affordable housing for low-income seniors, families, and individuals with disabilities. The Affordable Housing Property Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations, personnel, fiscal management, maintenance, and development of housing for senior, low-income persons, and families, and persons with disabilities.

Job Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in a related field

Job Related Experience : 7 years related experience, including at least five years working with MN Landlord / Tenant law or equivalent combination of education and experience

Additional Qualifications : Ability to pass Kari Koskinen background check; valid driver's license
