Odyssey House of Utah is a leading organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders and behavioral health challenges. Our integrated approach combines evidence-based practices, clinical expertise, and a supportive environment to promote lasting recovery and overall well-being.
We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join our team! This role plays a vital part in supporting our mission by ensuring high-quality clinical services, staff supervision, and program coordination within our behavioral health programs. If you are a licensed professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for helping others, we’d love to have you on our team.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Salary Range : 58-75K depending on licensure and experience.

You are a Licensed Mental Health Professional : LCSW, SUDC, LSUDC, CSW, CMHC, ACMHC, LMFT, AMFTYou hold a graduate degree in a mental health fieldYou have at least two years of direct clinical care experienceYou are comfortable supervising others and ensuring quality standards in clinical programmingYou can successfully pass a criminal background checkYou maintain First Aid and CPR certificationYou can perform the physical aspects of the role, including :Lifting up to 15 lbs
Sitting for prolonged periodsDriving or maintaining adequate alternate transportationSafely performing passive restraints when necessaryKey Responsibilities :
Supervise Case Managers and SUDCsProvide onboarding training for new staffOversee clinical milieu and group schedulesAttend management and program meetingsParticipate in community meetings (DORA, DJ / CJS / ISP / FDDC, etc.)Manage a small caseload (8 or fewer clients)Ensure smooth client transfers and housing voucher processesConduct staff meetings and employee reviewsSupport program operations and assist the Director as neededPerform other duties as assignedPerformance Expectations :
