We're seeking a talented

UX / UI Designer

to join a dynamic digital team. This role requires a balance of creativity and functionality, delivering intuitive, user-friendly designs for ecommerce websites and digital platforms.

Responsibilities :

Design Development : Create engaging, responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

User Research : Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize flows and improve conversion rates.

Design Implementation : Collaborate with developers to implement designs accurately and efficiently.

Brand Alignment : Ensure designs align with brand identity and accessibility standards.

Staying Current : Stay up-to-date with design trends, UI frameworks, and UX best practices.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience : 3+ years of UI / UX design experience, preferably in ecommerce or consumer products.

Design Tools : Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Portfolio : Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and outcomes.

Skills :

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with A / B testing and data-driven design decisions.

Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Preferred Qualifications :

Background in consumer products, retail, or ecommerce.

Work Arrangement :

Hybrid work options are available for candidates in the Dallas area.

This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday.
