As a pediatric therapy company, Hearts and Hands Therapy Services offers a full spectrum of services including physical, occupational, speech, and applied behavior analysis for children from birth through their 21st birthday. We are excited to be hiring at both our Woodstock and our Morrow clinic locations. This ad is for the North Atlanta clinic. All facilities feature state-of-the-art equipment, and a growing therapy team and clientele.

We offer full-time and part-time positions for therapists interested in joining the Hearts and Hands team, to allow flexibility and autonomy in your schedule and workweek.

We have a traditional 5-day workweek with shifts 8 AM - 5 PM and 9 AM - 6 PM. We also have optional 4-day workweeks with hours 8 AM - 6 PM and 9 AM - 7 PM.

Full-time CCC-SLP and CF-SLP benefits include :

$20,000 sign on bonus available for full-time positions, paid out over three years. This is in addition to protected base salary and eligibility for treatment-based incentives.

Base salary starting $70,000-84,000 annually based on experience and interview. Base salary is protected from client cancellations, makeups, or reschedules. $20,000 in incentive is available in addition to base salary, and is stackable with eligible sign on / referral bonuses.

Flexible scheduling options that fit your needs : 5 day and 4 day workweeks, salaried full time and hourly part time options. Work 4 days a week and enjoy three weekend days, with floating holidays, in a full time role.

Eligibility to receive treatment-based incentives, paid biweekly in addition to regular base salary

Pediatric SLP job responsibilities :

Evaluate patients and provide quality therapy services

Plans and implements effective and appropriate treatment so that functional outcomes are achieved.

Completes documentation, meeting company standards for content, accuracy, and timeliness.

Includes family / caregiver in patient care and provides effective education and documentation appropriate for learning needs of patient and family.
