Division Sales Manager About SensaPay SensaPay is a next-generation payments and financial technology company built to simplify how modern businesses get paid.

SensaPay Website Job Summary As a Division Sales Manager, you will lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing regional sales team focused on driving new business and exceeding revenue targets.

This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role requiring a minimum of three days per week in-market, coaching your team, generating pipeline, supporting deals, and helping your reps close new business.

Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing regional sales team to exceed revenue targets.

Conduct field visits and deliver hands-on coaching, 1 :

  • 1s, and weekly pipeline reviews.
  • Execute strategic territory plans to expand market presence and drive new business.
  • Ensure all reps consistently log accurate notes, manage leads & opportunities in our CRM.
  • Support prospecting efforts, ensure the team meets production and monthly goal expectations.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure flawless sales execution.
  • Share market insights with senior leadership and recruit top talent to fuel continued growth.
  • Partner with our recruiting team and support hiring efforts; sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and promoting roles on LinkedIn and other channels to build a strong regional team.

Desired Skills & Capabilities Knowledge of the payments, POS and FinTech industry is highly preferred Proven ability to prospect, present, negotiate, and close deals Strong leadership and coaching experience High sense of urgency, incentive-driven, and performance-oriented Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills Able to work both independently and cross-functionally with teams Minimum Qualifications Must live in or near the assigned territory - Office is located on ‘Miracle Mile’ in Los Angeles, CA 5+ years in a leadership or team management sales role Experience in SaaS, POS, or payment processing preferred Available to be in the field at least 75% of the time Compensation & Benefits On-Target Earnings (OTE) :
