Senior Verification Associate

A company is looking for a Senior Verification Associate to manage high-stakes application data verification and support operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate applicant data against official transcripts and documents while meeting production and quality targets

Conduct training needs assessments and develop training materials for application processing

Collaborate with team members to track verification defects and support departmental operations

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma; Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

4-5 years of related work experience, with 2-3 years in a high-volume processing environment

Experience in coaching or mentoring team members

Familiarity with customer service platforms and data management systems

Knowledge of AMCAS policies and procedures is strongly preferred
