About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with a track record of success building and selling deeply technical products at world-class companies. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing AI startup at the ground floor and play a key role in shaping how customers adopt and integrate advanced AI technology into their workflows.

You'll work directly with customers and our product teams to own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle from deployment through activation,  ensuring smooth adoption, integration, and long-term success.

This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, customer-driven, and technically exceptional , with ambitions to one day found or lead a company .

What You'll Do

Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle , from deployment to activation and success.

Partner closely with customers to understand technical challenges and identify high-impact use cases.

Build deep, trust-based relationships with customer engineering teams to drive product adoption.

Listen to customer feedback, implement feature requests yourself when possible , and advocate for their needs internally.

Apply product intuition to influence the roadmap and strategy for future releases.

What We're Looking For

Experience and Background

2 to 8 years as a full-stack software engineer in high-caliber engineering environments.

Proven ability to build and sell deeply technical products at top-tier companies.

Experience at early-stage startups and familiarity with fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Experience working with or selling to enterprise customers .

Previous founder or founding engineer experience is a major plus.

Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field .

Soft Skills and Mindset

Thrives in high-intensity, fast-changing environments .

Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder .

Comfortable discussing complex technical topics with customers and internal teams.

Track record of excellence (e.g., Neo Scholars, South Park Commons Fellows, YC alumni).

Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to eventually start a company or work in a commercial leadership capacity.
