General Manager
Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead operations at a flagship location that encompasses a restaurant, bakery, retail store, and café. This role requires a visionary leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of managing a high-volume environment while maintaining operational excellence and fostering a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of the location, including building aesthetics, maintenance, and overall operations.
- Maintain accountability for the income statement of café operations.
- Lead a team of managers, ensuring alignment with operational goals and fostering employee growth.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the existing operations.
- Ensure compliance with union rules and maintain strong relationships with employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain a cohesive leadership approach.
Qualifications :
Minimum of five years of General Manager experience in high-volume, multi-unit environments.Strong financial acumen and analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and excellent communication skills, including public speaking.Proven ability to develop and invest in employees, fostering loyalty and growth.Culinary experience and adaptability to frequent menu changes.Bilingual (Spanish) preferredVisionary and future-thinking mindset with a proactive, independent approach to management.Detail-oriented, operationally focused, and highly organized.Compensation :
Salary range : $110,000 - $130,000Bonus potential and full benefitsTeam & Culture :
