HVAC Project Manager Residential & Commercial Installations
We're seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead high-impact residential and commercial installation projects from start to finish. This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role where you'll drive project success, foster strong client relationships, and ensure every job is delivered with precision, quality, and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Oversee all phases of HVAC installations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Lead and motivate teams of technicians and subcontractors, providing clear direction and support
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues proactively
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, compliance, and workmanship
- Manage budgets and control costs while identifying opportunities for value engineering
- Provide regular financial and operational updates to company leadership
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations
What You Bring
5+ years of HVAC project management experienceDeep understanding of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ductworkProven track record in both residential and commercial environmentsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with project management tools and softwareValid HVAC certification and applicable licensesPreferred Skills
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, take-offs, and buyoutsFamiliarity with electrical systems and retrofit or ground-up construction projectsSkilled in Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Procore, Timberline, and CADPMP certification and / or OSHA 30 (support available if not yet obtained)Why Join Us

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00 / yr.
