Job Title : Home Comfort Expert

We are seeking a results-driven Home Comfort Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong in-home sales background and a commitment to following a proven sales process. You will be responsible for consulting with homeowners, accurately assessing their needs, and providing comprehensive, tailored solutions to improve home comfort and efficiency.

Responsibilities and Expectations :

Conduct in-home consultations to thoroughly understand customer needs related to HVAC systems, air quality, and overall home comfort.

Effectively present and sell appropriate HVAC systems, services, and accessories based on customer needs and technical assessments.

Be highly task-oriented and capable of strictly following the established sales process and procedures from initial lead to project closing.

Serve as a key communication link by providing exceptional follow-up with customers and maintaining clear, consistent communication with the installation team and coordinator.

Utilize the company-provided technology (iPad) and MS Office Suite (Excel) to accurately complete all necessary quotes, contracts, and job-related documentation.

Requirements :

Minimum five (5) years of experience in a sales-related role, preferably in an in-home environment.

Background in HVAC sales is a significant plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent follow-up habits.

Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Excel) and comfort working with tablet technology (iPad).

Experience with Service Titan is a plus

Knowledge of heat load calculations and duct sizing is highly preferred

Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for company vehicle use).

No specific licensing is required for this role.
