Location : Northampton, Massachusetts (01060) – Western Massachusetts healthcare jobs

Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse

Unit : Emergency Department (ER)

Start Date : November 9, 2025

End Date : February 7, 2026

Duration : 13-week nursing contract

Shift : 12-hour days (3 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM), every other weekend required

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1880–$2020 per week

On-Site Position

Emergency Room Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Massachusetts RN License (required for all Massachusetts nursing jobs)

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification (required)

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification (required)

CPI or MOAB certification (required)

Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience

Strong clinical skills and ability to interact with patients of all ages and backgrounds

ER RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients with urgent, critical, and non-urgent conditions in the Emergency Department

Triage and assess patients according to acuity and clinical needs

Perform ongoing patient assessments, immediate interventions, and discharge education

Provide emergency nursing care to pre-natal, neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and compliance
