Role Summary

We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking HR Operations Manager to join our People team and help scale our HR infrastructure to meet the growing needs of our business and people. You will lead and partner on the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes and systems that support the full employee lifecycle—from recruiting to offboarding. This role ensures our HR operations are compliant, secure, data-driven, and built to scale, while also providing a seamless employee experience. This is a hands-on individual contributor role partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and building the foundation of our core HR functions including compensation, benefits, HRIS, payroll, and compliance. This role will report to Vice President, Talent Management.
