Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service
Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and perform application data entry
Respond to online chat inquiries and adhere to defined procedures and policies
Required Qualifications

Completion of a background check and drug test within 3 days
Must have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
Personal device with a functioning camera required for training
