A company is looking for a Lead Analyst, Advanced Provider Data Management.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
Lead discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into specifications
Support cross-functional projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field; or equivalent experience
7+ years of business analysis experience
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL
Experience in training and supporting other analysts
Healthcare industry experience preferred
