About the Role

The primary focus of this role is to provide analytical and operational support to the Area Business Strategists, Business Development Strategist, and internal partners. You will work across multiple teams to enable effective strategic planning, performance monitoring, and execution of commercial initiatives for the full Vascular business.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

  • Supporting collaborative commercial projects with key internal teams and cross-functional partners (Business Intelligence, Marketing, Finance, Medical Education, HEMA, Sales, etc.)
  • Generating recurring reports to support strategic planning and performance monitoring for the Vascular business
  • Supporting cross-functional partners with ad-hoc data and material requests for executive presentations, dashboards, and other communication materials
  • Partnering with internal teams to manage key enablement resources, system security access, and data validation
  • Driving adoption and rollout of strategic digital and commercial initiatives
  • Helping standardize data collection and reporting processes to ensure consistency and accuracy

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in business strategy, sales operations, finance, or a related analytical function
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other reporting / analytical tools
  • Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with senior leadership
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik)
  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive adoption of new tools or processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
  • The anticipated compensation listed above will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

    Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

    Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
