About the Role

The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Development Director to make a significant impact on our fundraising initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing our fundraising strategies and solidifying the infrastructure required for success. You will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive three-year fundraising plan, optimizing our CRM systems, and overseeing our donor pipeline. Additionally, you will lead and mentor the development team, foster collaboration across departments, and strengthen relationships with our board and supporters.

The ideal candidate will embody our culture of philanthropy and bring a proven track record in fundraising. We seek someone who thrives in a team environment, yet also excels when working independently. A minimum of 3 years in fundraising is essential, with experience in corporate, foundation, and individual giving. A Bachelor’s degree is required. You should be a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to connect our mission to broader issues in the community.
