The Sr. Manager, Human Resources serves as a strategic HR leader and trusted advisor to the Comcast Business Sales organization, driving alignment between people strategies and business objectives. This role provides oversight and leadership across all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, compliance, compensation, and benefits. As a senior HR partner, the Sr. Manager is responsible for shaping workforce strategies that enable growth, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance employee engagement. This position plays a critical role in influencing leadership decisions, guiding organizational change, and ensuring operational excellence through process optimization and policy development. Additionally, the Sr. Manager leads initiatives related to workforce planning, succession management, and budget forecasting, while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion across the business.

This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $123,301.89 - $184,952.84
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Additionally, Comcast provides best-in-class Benefits to eligible employees.
