Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking multiple Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join an established and growing primary care team in either Shrewsbury or Toms River, New Jersey. - No Hospital Call : Focus entirely on outpatient care without the burden of hospital rounds.
- Manageable Patient Volume : See an average of 20-25 patients per day, allowing for meaningful patient interaction and quality care.
- Dedicated Clinical Support : Work efficiently with your own dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
- Shared Practice Call : A light telephone-only call is shared on a fair rotation among 3 physicians.

Minimum Starting Base Salary : $216,675

Geographic Location : Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.
Internal Equity : Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and / or sub-specialty.
Budget and Grant Funding : Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
