Candidates should be familiar with Med-Surg ratios and acuity. Travelers may be asked to float to local facilities as needed. Active RN license is required at the time of application. An up-to-date resume is necessary for consideration. Candidates must provide two recent references from Charge or Manager RNs. A Skills Checklist matching the specialty is also required. The driver's license must have an address that matches the demographics provided. NURSYS report for license verification must include all active RN licenses. Requested Time Off (RTO) must be included at the time of application. Experience with the Cerner EMR system is preferred but not mandatory. Current certifications must include BLS and NHISS prior to starting. ACLS certification is preferred. Candidates will be required to take a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding, aiming for a score of 80% or higher.
