Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Closet Designer & Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will meet with clients in home and at our showroom, design functions spaces, present designs, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include building rapport with new and existing customers, evaluating their needs, generate leads, attract new clients. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and a strong desire to close deals and help clients find the best solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers

Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers

Meet or exceed designated sales targets

Clear communication with sales manager and installation teams

Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program

Customer service is always our number one focus

Marketing your design skills through social media and events

Qualifications

Interior Design background preferred especially closet related

Previous experience in outside sales

Excellent negotiation and customer service skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A positive attitude and ability to be persistent

Must be available Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm and one Saturday a month

Must have reliable transportation

Must have basic computer skills as everything else will be taught

Flexible work from home options available.
