Guest Services Agent, On-Call

As part of the Front Office team the ideal candidate innately possesses exceptional customer service skills is highly organized and has a passion for hospitality. If you are helpful and accommodating have a knack for problem solving and are energized by helping others come join us!

Duties :

• Greets and registers guests; maintains guest accounts by posting charges / payments; assists in verifying / settling accounts at checkout or any time during guest stay; provides prompt and courteous service to meet high standards of service.
• Accurately completing the registration process for our guests from the start of their stay until the end to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assists guests inquiries / requests and respond with the appropriate response and / or action necessary.
