VA Underwriter - Active Credentials

A company is looking for a VA Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

Underwrite VA loans in accordance with agency, investor, and company guidelines

Review and clear conditions; issue final loan approvals using VA credentials

Analyze credit, income, asset, and collateral documentation to determine risk and loan eligibility

Required Qualifications

Must have actively underwritten and signed off on loans using VA LAPP / SAR designations within the past 6 months

Active VA LAPP / SAR credentials

Must have most recently worked for a mortgage company

Must be able to work a full-time Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule
