Licensed Barber

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our clients. This includes haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and other grooming services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the art of barbering and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Duties :

• Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in barbering and hairstyling
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting the unique needs of each client
• Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Skills :

Proficiency in barbering techniques such as using a straight razor, clipper cutting, and scissor cutting

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to mentor junior barbers and provide guidance on technique and client interaction

Familiarity with barber shop management software such as Fresha is preferred
