Privacy Program Manager

A company is looking for a Privacy and Data Protection Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Drive privacy compliance across the organization, including conducting assessments and recommending remediation measures

Manage the Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) process to ensure timely and accurate responses

Support incident response and maintain documentation while providing guidance on compliance with applicable regulations

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in privacy, compliance, or legal roles, preferably in a global SaaS or technology company

Hands-on experience with GDPR, PIPEDA, CCPA / CPRA, HIPAA, and other privacy frameworks

Experience conducting privacy impact assessments and compliance monitoring

Familiarity with IT systems, data mapping, and core security concepts

Preferred : Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and relevant privacy certifications (e.g., CIPP / US, CIPP / EU)
