Descripción del trabajoMonthly Bonus : $150.00$300.00 Christmas Bonus : $500.00 Completion Bonus : $1000.00 Competitive salaries among the best in the state Safe and supportive environment with strict health protocols Direct deposit Bi-weekly pay Health Dental & Vision insurance Longevity bonus Tool / equipment budget Referral bonuses Paid time off Holiday pay Career development and growth opportunities... and much more High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree in Psychology Education or related field preferred) Active RBT certification (Registered Behavior Technician credential from the BACB) Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred) Familiarity with ABA principles and data collection methods Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills Reliable flexible and committed to student progress Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a BCBA Strong sense of responsibility patience and empathy Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA Provide one-on-one or group-based ABA therapy to students Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress Communicate with team members and supervisors regularly Support students in achieving social emotional and academic goals Follow ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality at all times
EMIT Learning is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. As an RBT you will play a vital role in supporting students with special needs through evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). If you are passionate about helping children succeed skilled in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and thrive in a supportive team-oriented environment we encourage you to apply. Assignment Details
