Hours Per Week : 40

Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 for qualified candidates with distance-based relocation available and a $2,000 bonus for PM Shifts.

Your Impact :

As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a key role in ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment for both patients and surgeons. Your skills in aseptic techniques will be essential as you prepare materials, supplies, and equipment for surgical procedures, contributing directly to patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain a sterile environment and assist with gowning and gloving.
• Prepare surgical materials and anticipate the needs of the surgical team.
• Perform patient positioning and transportation duties safely.
• Notify staff of any equipment or supply issues promptly.
• Participate in maintaining specialty carts and ensuring equipment is ready for use.

Qualifications :

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
• No prior experience required.
